Windstone’s Health & Wellness Behavioral Health Risk Assessment (H&W) involves telephonic screening with a proprietary screening tool, followed by a face-to-face clinical assessment for members who screen positive.
This approach allows us to markedly improve quality and overall member care while accurately diagnosing and documenting behavioral health risk adjusted and non-risk adjusted diagnosis.
